This page explains what information we collect through this site, how it's used, and how you can reach us about it.
When you use the contact form, I collect the information you choose to share (name, email, phone, event date, location, type of service and message) only to respond to your inquiry. When you use the chat assistant, your messages are processed to generate a reply and may be forwarded to me by email so I can follow up personally.
I use this information only to respond to you, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to plan and deliver your photography. I do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site may use analytics tools to understand, in aggregate form, how visitors use it. Your language preference is also saved in your browser so you do not have to choose it again on your next visit. This is not used to track you on other sites.
Photos and files delivered through download links on this site are stored with a cloud storage provider and are available only to whoever has the private link.
Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our work together plus any period required by law.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting me directly.
Tell me about your date, the place and the story you are writing. I reply personally to every message, in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
